DIGITAL HIPOT & INSULATION TESTER
This product combines a withstanding voltage tester and an insulation resistance tester, enabling both tests to be performed consecutively for added convenience. The hipot test is precision-grade with an ammeter, allowing real-time monitoring of leakage current through the sample. The insulation resistance test offers easy threshold setting and fast automatic pass/fail judgment. Signal I/O functionality is also included for direct integration into automated production lines.
The hipot current limit can be set in 4-digit numeric increments of 0.01 ㎃ up to 19.99 ㎃.
For the insulation resistance test, the pass/fail threshold can be set in 1 ㏁ increments up to 2000 ㏁ using 4-digit digital values; the test voltage is 1000 V.
The hipot test is performed first.
