Above photo is synthetic test facilities of Magnet switch for cars, which is manufactured to measure Surge, On/Off voltage, Distance from Gap 1 to Gap 2, and the contact resistance on the condition of Switch 'On'. Test time cycle to finish these all tests requires about 78 sec, and in case of including the time required to Loading and Unloading, this equipment can test 2,600 products per one day (8 hours basis).

Electrical parts for cars includes every motor(Starter Motor for Fax, Wiper, Power window) and also Magnet switch, Solenoid, Magnet clutch, Alternator, Ignition coil, etc. These electrical parts are operated mostly by low-voltage, consume a large of current. A driving test on Motor and the like need to prepare a large capacity of DC Power Source(substitution for Battery). For example, items to test Magnet Switch needs Surge test on P,S coil, Plunger On/Off voltage test, Gap test(Gap 1 test = the distance to switch contact point from the start to push Plunger into, Gap 2 test = the distance to the maximum pushing Plunger into from contact point 'on') and contact resistance test at the time of switch 'on'. Besides, Solenoid, ABS coil and Clutch coil need Surge On/Off voltage test, Puncture test, sometimes Chain Operation test(Aging test). In case of Alternator, Division test between Rotor and Stator(similar to motor test) should be performed. Also, there is High voltage Surge test system to test Ignition coil.
