Explanation
This facility as an example of test jig for Rotor(Armature) Test has so many Air
cylinders in the environs of segments, and it is possible to put Rotor on and
down from the above. As occasion demands, it is manufactured in the form of having
only 2 or 3 Air cylinders loaded in, accordingly it can be thought that Rotor
rotates at every regular angle on every conversion of test steps. But because
synthetic test time can increases, also operation error and trouble can occur
frequently, the efficiency becomes much debased during its use.
Explanation
On rotor or Armature Test, in case of Brush type, Surge-Puncture-Resistance Test
are important but also it must to be tested whether each and every segments of
Commutator has a perfect Fusing conditions or not. This method, differently from
Resistance Test, has to try to apply a great deal of a large current directly
to each and every segment, and has to check the resistance condition at this time.
For this test, the test jig of Rotor needs to have each one of Air cylinder for
the purpose of applying current to each and every segment. Therefore it inevitably
has a complicated composition but is necessary to improve a test speed and take
a perfect test.
Standard
specifications
|
Equipment
working voltage |
AC110 V, 220 V, 50 ~ 60 |
|
Test
Item |
Freely set up as occasion demands. There is a difference according to the
no. of segment. To test the perfect fusing state, test step increases that much.
Therefore usually it requires 1314 sec. |
|
Dimensions |
Cabinet and Work table are as like Stator Tester of the side page but Test
jig has more complicated composition. |
|
Control
method : PLC control method and use of Magnet, H,V Reed Relay.
Dimensions
Cabinet : W600, H1820, D800
Worktable : W600, H900, D600
Test
Item
|
Surge
Test |
Decides whether Layer Short, Pin hole, Corona occur or not between coils,
also whether short and an alien substance intervention occur or not between segments. |
|
Puncture
Test |
Confirms the dielectric strength between coil and core(or shaft) |
|
Resistance
Test |
Divides segment of Commutator equally among three or four and
confirms the settlement state of winding. |
|
Fusing
Test |
To distinguish whether the contact between coil and segment is
perfect or not, it is necessary to test and confirm each and every segment. Generally
if Fusing test is carried out perfectly, test can be omitted. |
