explanation
Above photo as an example of Stator Test system is the Stator Test system of impressed
Motor. From the topmost Panel, it is composed of Resistance Test, Surge Test,
Control Panel, Puncture Test, Power Panel. All facilities are loaded in Cabinet
so that even current test and rotation direction test are automatically performed,
but Work table(work table and the jig for setting) to support test goods is specially
separated aside. The form of all synthetic test system is as like this but other
test facilities can be attached as occasion demands.
Explanation
Stator Test system of Motor includes the Surge Test, Puncture Test, Resistance
Test, Insulation Test on Stator, with together current Test and Rotation direction
test. Impressed Motor or the Alternator for cars have the same test items as these.
Regarding Test Method, put test goods on the jig for setting over the work table
and push the start button, then above-mentioned test items are automatically performed
in order. In case of bad products, test process stops and bad step is indicated
with Buzzer ringing. Meanwhile, the jig for setting is separated to the two lines
of A,B to reduce the test time. Consequently, it is possible to reduce the loss
of time for loading and unloading.
Specification Equipment
working voltage : AC 110 V, 220 V, 50 or 60
Test
Item : 48 items, various as occasion demands
Test
Time
| In case of being only line A, the synthetic test time required
Tt= |
|
Surge test(in case of three images) 3 times (3 step)
each 0.5 sec, therefore,
0.5 sec x 3 = 1.5 sec |
|
Puncture test one time, 1 sec |
|
Resistance test 3 times, each 0.5 sec required therefore, 0.5
sec x 3 = 1.5 sec |
|
Insulation test one time, 1 sec |
|
Current test and Rotation direction test (at the same time) 2 sec Tt=++++
and the interval time requires 0.2 sec on each step conversion, whole test is
9 times, consequently the interval is 8 times, from this calculation, 8 x 0.2
sec becomes 1.6 sec. Finally, 7 sec + 1.6 sec = 8.6 sec, that is, the synthetic
test time required for only line A becomes 8.6 sec. However because there are
the two lines of A,B and Load, Unload time is not included, the total test time
required per one line(Tt) is expected to be about 8.6 sec and is able to slightly
increase and decrease as occasion demands. |
Control
method : PLC control method and use of Magnet, H,V Reed Relay.
