This Auto Test Controller eliminates the troblesomeness trying to connect goods
to many kinds of test equipments, on each and every accasion that needs to take
a lot of efficiency test on only ine test goods.
Connect test goods with this controller and push the start button. Then all test
steps are performed in order. In case of bad articles, this controller stops the
process and lamp and buzzer indicate the bad step. Therefore this is necessary
to organize Automation Test System which unites many kinds of test equipments.
This Test desk uses large capacity of PLC, and also loads many H,V Reed Relay
within it for accuracy and trust. It is a all-powerful constroller which has the
functions of Test, Read, Good, Bad, Enable, Skip and is operated by Auto/Manual.
Besides, due to strong tolerance to Impulse, Chattering, Noise, htere is no operation
error. Accordingly, it is secure.
