Insulation Tester is generally performed with DC500 V or DC1000 V, but there are no regulations whichever voltage should be used on test. Only, in general, low-voltage product(less than 150 V) is tested with 500 V, high-voltage products with 1000 V. In case of converting the leakage current at this time into resistance value ㏁,which is higher than any standard value(when insulation resistance is high),the product is decided to be Good.
