Common specifications

1. Timer attachment (0∼99 sec)
   As the use for setting the test time, in case of Good products, for a while after test as long as the set time on Timer is carried out, 'Good' signed lamp and buzzer work. In case of Bad products, the test is interrupted and Bad signed lamp and buzzer work(until reset time).
   
2. Real Time Test Function
   A supplementary input circuit can keep up test only when test button is being pushed, and if the button is not pushed, without delay, test is interrupted. By this function, Good ·Bad decision is accomplished and signed out in the type of a contact output within 0.5 second after switch is on and test goes on. This function is useful when a moment test or mass test are needed. Meanwhile, in general usage, if test button is pushed one time, test is kept up and then if reset button is pushed,test is finished.
   
3. Test Protect Circuit
   Only when this input is on(or may be short), high tension output flows out, by which test is available. This function can take in the Test Enable signal whether test can be performed at the external equipment or automation line or not, which make it also possible to use the output prohibition circuit, for the connection and safety with the external equipment including PLC control.
   
4. Ground open Protect Circuit
   This, for safety, takes a role of prohibiting output when a grounding conductor is cut. If this function is no needed, be short a Protect Release Terminal.
   
5. Good, Bad, Test signal output
   Because the signal which tells Good or Bad and the signal which tells test is going on, are shown in the type of contact output, the signals can be used in other sources of signals.(Max. 100V, 1A contact)
   
6. Any other Properties
   By not using Relay contact as H.V On/Off switch but using Zero Cross Detect method of SSR, unnecessary Impulse is not generated.
   By using Photo Coupler on the input side of Test, Reset, Real Time Test, Enable, be b to noise. By adopting three point adjustment type on all calibrations of current and voltage and loading Digital Meter, accuracy is high.
